SHIPPING & DELIVERY

** PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PROCESSING CAN TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DAY PURCHASING DATE. 

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers.

Please don’t be alarmed if you only receive a partial shipment, some items are shipped separately depending on availability and can take up 25 business days excluding weekends and all holidays.

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Lolette's Hair Bar utilizes the United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Shipping for standard 3-5 day shipping. We ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address. No alternate addresses. No exceptions. Be aware that USPS shipping will be higher than US Postal. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping is a flat rate of $25+ USD. We utilize FedEx for International shipping. FedEx cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Shipping can take up to 7 business days. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country.

With standard shipping, we CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. We do offer guaranteed overnight shipping with Fed-Ex. Please read the FAQ on overnight shipping for more information on FedEx shipping. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
